Melinda assists Sue with the many details involved from contract to closing the transaction, along with assisting Sue with home showings, selling preparation and listing. Melinda brings many years as an experienced realtor to the team and knows the ins and outs of the home buying and selling process. From coordinating municipal and building inspections and needed repairs to obtaining loan approvals and title commitments, Melinda assists Sue in guiding you through a successful sale and closing process.

Jana Rice is a St. Louis area native and professional marketer with over 17 years experience marketing in the field of real estate. Jana previously worked in the marketing department at one of the largest brokerages in the St. Louis area for ten years. She currently owns her own marketing consulting business and assists Sue with print advertising and social media management to best promote The Sue Martin Team's listings.
